These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and online services operated by PFOS Solar (“PFOS”, “we”, “us”), trading as Power From The Other Side, a business registered in Nigeria as PFDOS Enterprise (RC: 9216213). By using this site you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms.

Quotes, proposals, and installation packages are subject to site survey, product availability, and a written agreement or invoice where required. Nothing on this website alone constitutes a binding contract until we confirm acceptance in writing (including email or signed documentation). Training and academy applications are subject to separate acceptance criteria and schedules.

6. Shop, orders, and payments

Where you purchase products through our shop or checkout:

• You confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
• We may refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, fraud risk, stock issues, or unserviceable delivery locations, and will notify you where practicable.
• Delivery, returns, warranties, and refunds follow the terms stated at checkout and in any order confirmation or invoice we send.

7. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the site or our systems: for example, no unlawful activity, no attempt to gain unauthorised access, no transmission of malware, and no scraping or automated abuse that degrades service for others. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms are breached.

8. Intellectual property

All branding, logos, text, graphics, layout, and software on this site are owned by PFOS or our licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit them without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing or as permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Nigeria, PFOS and its directors, staff, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site (except where the law does not allow exclusion) shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the transaction giving rise to the claim, or ₦50,000 (whichever is lower), where no payment was made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in Nigeria shall have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
